The First Counter
Shri Ram Avatar Ahuja ji founded Ajanta with a simple promise: authentic taste, pure ingredients and unwavering quality. What started as a small mithai counter in Bareilly became part of the city's heartbeat, trusted by families for every celebration and festival.
1994
A City Falls in Love
Ajanta became woven into Bareilly's food culture. Families returned generation after generation, knowing every box carried the same authentic taste, the same warmth, the same care. Weddings, birthdays, festivals. Ajanta was there for it all.
2005
Hello, Bakery!
While preserving its mithai roots, Ajanta evolved into a complete destination. Fresh cakes, pastries and bakery favourites joined the family and never left. Sweets, bakes and namkeens, all under one trusted name.

Growing and Glowing
New stores, new cities. The brand expanded beyond Bareilly, reaching Rampur, Pilibhit and beyond, yet never losing the personal touch that made it special. The same family warmth in every single box.
